They can do so in a number of ways, which vary from technology use to social media hacking into your social media sites and even password theft. Number 1: Through Technology
If you are dating a narcissist, be aware that they always keep an eye on you. Do you know what they employ and leave around to monitor you? Narcissists desire to view each step you take to the point where they leave gadgets at your place so that they can see you even when they are not there. Their first technology employed is cameras around your house.
Narcissists will say that it is for protecting your home, but they install them in order to observe you. The second technology used by narcissists for spying on you involves a lot of effort on their part, i.e., apps that record whatever activities are happening on your phone and see whether you have been flirting or dating others or not.
They can even hack into your social networking sites and reset passwords without even informing you so that they can keep access to all that you put out or send on these sites in order to monitor what is going on in your life. If you are clever enough to realize that you are being hacked, counter their spyware, and you shall overcome them.
