If you’d like to identify a psychopath or a narcissist in a matter of seconds, before they destroy your mind, destroy your soul, or melt your life, try this test. You don’t have to get them to talk, watch them for weeks for their actions, or wait for the mask to drop; you need to just look into their eyes. Their eyes, and our eyes, in this case, are windows to their soul. Their eyes will say more about them than their mouth will attempt to conceal.
Learning San Paku Eyes
I must first tell you what sanpaku eyes look like before I can discuss the test, because the test itself is referred to as the Sanpaku Eyes Test, and where we get the term. Sanpaku” is a Japanese expression that means “three whites.” In a normal human eye, you view the white sclera to the left and right of the iris; those are the two whites.
However, in sanpaku eyes, you view a third white, above or below the iris. This is also how they got to be referred to as “three white eyes.” This is not simply an observation; it is an ancient symptom of diagnosis supposed to mean the utmost psychological, emotional, and even spiritual imbalance. This theory was brought to Western fame by George Ohsawa, who started the macrobiotic movement.
Sanpaku eyes, as he defined them, were not a facial oddity; they were a warning sign, a sign of what was inside a person. If you look closely enough, he categorized sanpaku eyes into two categories: yin sanpaku and yang sanpaku. One expresses fear, and the other expresses threat.
