Trust Your Instincts and Eyes
Not everyone with visible sclera is a narcissist, and not everyone with fiery eyes is dangerous. But when your gut is screaming at you, when the glance is off, and when you catch sight of that white space gliding over the iris like a warning sign, do not disregard it. You have been conditioned to dismiss your intuition; narcissistic abuse does exactly that.
But your body remembers; your gut still functions, and your eyes are conditioned to see danger sooner than words are.
