Did you see your ex when you went to the grocery store? Did they show up at your favorite coffee shop? And did they have a seat at a table next to yours at the restaurant?
These are signs that narcissistic exes are trying to get close to you again and make it difficult for you to move on with your life after them. Narcissists may show up frequently in strange places where they know they can keep you off guard.
Your narcissistic ex does this by stalking you on social media and probably checking on all your friends, family members, and most especially your favorite Hangouts. They may even have your address or work schedule, so they know when to appear when you’re alone.
